I’m sure you are aware of the current threat to the kennels for housing. The adjacent land that runs from the kennels to Burwood Road is also subject to a planning application. Refusal of this application will make it harder for the Castlemere proposal for the kennel site to succeed. Please feel free to object to this development. Castlemere Developments intends to hold a drop-in public consultation in April, in addition to the community leaflet drop and the virtual consultation website that they launched in February.
