Urgent – The Trustees and Hounds need your help
The future of our kennels and WGW is under threat. We have discovered that a planning application has been submitted to Elmbridge Council (application reference 2025/3343).
The application is asking for an Environmental Impact Assessment screening opinion for the proposed redevelopment of the land at Burhill Kennels. The outline planning application is for the demolition of existing buildings with associated access for the erection of circa 90 dwellings.

Comments can be submitted to Elmbridge but there is a deadline of 16th January 2026 to do so. Here is the link for comments.
