WGW BBQ and Christmas Party

We had a blast at the WGW BBQ & Christmas Party, on Sunday 7th December @The Kennels! Thank you sooo much to you all for a fabulous turnout and a greyt day with the support of you all and the hard work of our lovely stallholders (Sharon, Blaise, Julie, Anneka, Caroline, Sue, Julia, Sara, Rita, Heather, Gabrielle, David, Kym & Geoff, Holly K & dad John, Megan, Christian & his mum and dad!) and of our behind the scenes preparing & setting up by Sharon & Julia.

The BBQ (& vegan & veggie options) went down a storm and nobody let the rain showers dampen the spirit of fun and of shared community. We thank you all for your help in whatever way to making the day a success.

We have had a hound or two come into us recently that have required significant orthopaedic expertise & veterinary care, so every single penny raised is truly so much appreciated.

A magnificent total of £2,596.49 was raised which really put the icing on the cake on what turned out to be such a wonderful day with so many new & longstanding owners coming along to see us too, with their happily homed hounds – always a joy.
