Devoted WGW volunteer, Sharon Lucy Wells, did a sterling job at the kennels at the weekend.
Despite a very blustery, bitterly cold Saturday and a chilly Sunday, ‘the Caff’ came into its own and helped warm up all the volunteers, potential homers and walkers with hot bacon, eggs and crusty artisan rolls and a selection of different breads and hot drinks.
An amazing £243.50 was raised in total. Well done, Sharon. You braved the plummeting temperatures and did an amazing job, keeping the bacon & egg rolls coming and giving everyone a warm welcome and a well earned break in between hound walking.
Thank you for all your hard work, running ‘the Caff’ and for your devoted fundraising endeavours. We hope you can help support Sharon at ‘the Caff’.
