Congratulations and very well done to Bennita Pickard, Holly Staples & Evelyn Vig for hiking 1,085 metres above sea level up Mount Snowdon – the highest point in the British Isles outside the Scottish highlands – and reaching the Summit in good time. All to raise funds for the homeless hounds they are all so devoted to. What an amazing commitment and achievement by you all. You have done the kennels and yourselves proud.
We will be announcing the total of online and in person donations in a week’s time, as we are keeping the donations page open – https://www.hershamhounds.org.uk/latest-news/bennitas-mountain-challenge/ – for supporters to complete any sponsorship commitments meanwhile in support of these entrepreneurial and adventurous ladies, who achieved their goal with the kind assistance of personal trainer & WGW supporter, Dave Sansom.
A huge thank you to you all for taking part and also to those of you who have so kindly supported their efforts by sponsoring their best endeavours. We will toast their success with them when they get back with a well earned celebratory glass of fizz and a huge slice of cake!.
