Arthur is a handsome lad who approaches life with unbridled enthusiasm.  He loves people and is keen to introduce himself to anyone he meets.  He loves nothing more than a cuddle and a lean on the people he loves.  

However, he is very strong on the lead and can be reactive when he meets other dogs out and about which means that he is looking for a home with experience of reactive dogs and someone who will be able to teach him how to be more sociable.
