Shampoo Saturday Success – Thank you Bea

A huge thank you to WGW senior kennel-hand, Bea, for undertaking a splendid hound-wash feat. Amongst the wonderful aroma of Wildwash lavender & honey dog shampoo, 27 mainly homeless and some homed hounds were given a refreshing wash and sponsorship donations have reached a fabulous £800.00 to date.

Bea was kindly and ably assisted by WGW volunteer, Caroline Bristow, and photos of each hound shampooed, were taken by the amazing WGW website photographer, Julia Renfree, despite still feeling under par from a recent Covid bout.

A huge thank you to each and every one of you who made a donation in honour of a homeless hound or who donated for their own hound to be shampooed. The hounds are now happily asleep and the kennels smell wonderful! Very restful for us all! Well done to Bea & the team for a job well done.
