Ping goes home

5 year old former kennel hound, ‘Ping’, (now ‘Pablo’) has finally found a loving forever home of his own with his new owners, Gareth & Julie.

Hard to think this handsome black hound with sprinkling of white flecks on his coat, has come so far, from the incredibly nervous boy that arrived with us and who at one time couldn’t even venture out of our Front Yard Gate. He was just terrified of the outside world.

Since he had a broken leg which was successfully operated on by an orthopaedic greyhound specialist and has shown no signs there was ever an injury, Gareth & Julie, who were getting over the loss of their last boy hound when they first came upon him, did not let this put them off homing him. He really has blossomed whilst out on a home trial for a few weeks. They have been delighted with his progress out and about and are looking towards their first Christmas with him and a Happy New Year ahead.

We wish Gareth, Julie & ‘Pablo’ all the best.
