A great Valentines Day

Rain did not stop play on Valentines Day. 

 

It had to be the worst day in a while – weather wise – and yet, so perfect the day before and day after our Valentine’s Coffee Morning. Still, you were unperturbed and like the stallholders and staff, braved the heavy rain to make the best of the hand we were dealt. You turned out in support of our special fundraising event for the homeless hounds. As a result, we managed to raise a magnificent £1,199.30.

We cannot thank you enough for helping us in whatever way you could. From planning, setting up,dismantling and manning the stalls, to buying or donating prizes for the Tombola,food and drinks for the catering, & donated goods for the other stalls, to making or buying cakes or other goodies available, without you all we would not be able to enjoy Coffee Mornings, like this. With vet bills and ever increasing costs for other essential supplies, every penny counts and so we are truly grateful for all your help and support.
