A cracking Christmas at Kempton

Kempton Park played host to the Hersham Hounds for the 2nd day of their busy Christmas-time annual event. It was a great atmosphere and a magnificent £1,854 – a record amount – was raised in total – thanks to the interest and generosity of the crowd at Kempton and the hard work and dedication of our amazing volunteers and hounds, including our homeless hounds, Cameron and Sara.

A huge thank you from us all at Wimbledon Greyhound Welfare for those of you who offered your help and support, either by taking along a hound, helping at our shop or in the set up & dismantling of the stall.

Special thanks to long-time supporter, Gaynor Renwick, for liaising with Kempton Park to facilitate this wonderful greyhound Meet & Greet opportunity to fundraise for our homeless hounds.
