Sunday November 8th – Jump Sunday at Sandown Park Racecourse

Sandown Park have invited us back to their 8th November meeting, which they are naming Honouring Horses and Hounds (in aid of WGW). They are our nearest racecourse to the kennels and we are hoping for a good turnout.

They want to make us a central feature of the afternoon, which is very exciting. Sandown Park is also offering a ticket code to our supporters, which will enable you to buy a £10 ticket, half of which will be donated back to WGW.

The promotional code for anyone wanting to buy a £10 ticket is WGW26. Add it to your booking and Sandown will pay £5 to WGW. A win-win! Spread the word among your racing-fan contacts!

Sandown are also hoping for kennel hounds and we really need volunteers to take one along, even just for an hour or two. Gates will open at 11 and the last race will be at 4.20.

Please let carol, Holly or Megan at the kennels know if you are interested in bringing a kennel hound and it goes without saying that our wonderful “regulars”, our re homed meet and greeters, and their humans, will be welcomed and appreciated.
