It's arrived, should I keep it for Christmas to give to Bill, or should I read it now? You guessed - I read it, or rather sobbed my way through it.Beautifully presented with Liz's photos dotted through the pages 'Denise's writings' took me to the track, to the kennels, to homes across the country and beyond...! Her passion for these beautiful dogs comes across in every word, a triumph, well done Denise and all who were involved in getting it into print.A warning though; do not read without a box of tissues at the ready, and possibly a hound to hug. I plan to give the second copy to friends of ours who have lurchers, it is high time they added a greyhound to their pack.
