HOMER WENT TO THE PARK WITH A DAVID R. ON JANUARY 6TH 2018. THIS IS WHAT DAVID SAID ABOUT HOMER:
Homer is a hound with a contagious zest for life. He has a big personality that would brighten anyone’s day. On our way to Painshill he was active in the car eager to get the best view and a better position than his kennel mate Babs. Once at the park, he walked well and took an interest in everything new, staring at the swans and ducks but thoroughly enjoying the whole trip. Anytime we stopped Homer leaned on me which led to lots of cuddles. Homer was a lovely boy to walk and was not overly distracted. We didn’t meet many other dogs, but it’s obvious that Homer would benefit from more trips out and socialization so that new experiences become second nature to him. A clever boy combined with his eagerness to learn, Homer will be a delightful addition to any family.
HOMER WENT TO ESHER COMMON WITH ALICE AND MARCO ON NOVEMBER 12th 2017. THIS IS WHAT THEY SAID ABOUT HOMER:
This was Homer’s first time out with us. He is a clever boy who wants to please yet also finds fun in everything he does.
He needed help to jump into the car but once in he settled in quickly. We were given a harness but he didn’t pull on the lead much.
Homer became very excited with other dogs (of any size) and did bark at them. He would benefit from more socialising at Painshill Park (which is an on-lead only park) where he could get used to seeing other breeds on leads.
